WHAT YOU WILL DO

Client Servicing

Manage assigned book of business, including building rapport with clients, answering their day-to-day questions (change requests, coverage questions, etc.), and supporting their renewal process.

  • Timely handling of all incoming communication from clients and carriers
  • Verify policy and change information, facilitating corrections when necessary
  • Process cancellation correspondence
  • Review renewal offer from carrier for accuracy, determining if the policy needs to be remarketed or bound
  • Ensure all proper documentation and steps are taken in agency's CRM

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Missouri Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred (must obtain within 90 days of hire)
  • 2+ years of Personal Lines and/or industry experience preferred
  • Experience in client or customer facing roles preferred
